I have over thirty years of leadership experience in the creative industry, spanning small boutique firms, mid-sized marketing agencies, and large in-house organizations. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving leading companies such as Baxter, Abbott, Pfizer, Lenovo, and CDW.
My strengths lie in developing smart, concept-driven ideas rooted in strategy, with a sharp eye for contemporary layout and typography and a deep appreciation for witty, compelling copywriting. I take pride in my strong people skills, which have helped me build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors alike. My team would describe me as someone who consistently prioritizes their best interests—both personally and professionally—advocating for them in creative decisions and career growth. I’ve made it a priority to foster a team environment that is not only fun, creative, and inspiring but also organized, process-driven, and widely respected.
Beyond my professional work, I served as an adjunct design professor at the Chicago Portfolio School. There, I developed a branding strategy curriculum that guided students through the process of creating a brand platform and guidelines. This course focused on teaching students critical skills in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and brand development.
In my spare time, I play way too much pickleball and have recently become obsessed with crochet. My husband and I frequently visit our two college students at Michigan and U of I, especially for football and basketball games.
I look forward to talking soon.
